Refund Policy
1. Scope
Applies to tuition-style payments listed in KRW on Channelxvolt programs with priced cohort seats.
2. Eligibility window
Requests submitted within 14 days of purchase and before the cohort’s second live session qualify for review.
3. Full refunds
Granted when Channelxvolt cancels a cohort or duplicate charges occur.
4. Partial refunds
If participants accessed downloadable playbooks or mentor feedback, we may retain costs proportional to services rendered.
5. Non-refundable items
Printed packs shipped internationally, third-party certification fees, or optional add-ons labeled non-refundable at checkout.
6. Process
Email billing@channelxvolt.pro with enrollment ID, proof of payment, and reason. Decisions arrive within 10 business days.
7. Consumer rights (KR)
Nothing here limits statutory protections under the Framework Act on Consumers or related dispute channels offered by Korean regulators.
