1. Acceptance
By accessing Channelxvolt training materials, websites, or cohort spaces, you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.
2. Services description
Channelxvolt provides English-language marketing training programs, cohort facilitation, mentor feedback, and related educational resources. Deliverables are educational—not outcome guarantees.
3. Participant responsibilities
You provide accurate registration details, respect confidentiality of peer submissions, and follow acceptable use policies inside shared workspaces. Harassment or unauthorized redistribution of materials is prohibited.
4. Intellectual property
Curriculum assets remain Channelxvolt property unless a separate license states otherwise. You may retain notes and derivative templates created solely for internal operational use.
5. Liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, Channelxvolt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation. Aggregate liability follows governing statutes for consumer-facing educational services.
6. Governing law & disputes
These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Korea. Parties endeavor mediation before arbitration or litigation as permitted under applicable consumer protection rules.
7. Termination
We may suspend access for violations or non-payment where contracts apply. You may exit digital platforms anytime; refund eligibility follows the Refund & Cancellation policy.
8. Modifications
Updates publish with a revised “last updated” stamp. Continued enrollment after notice constitutes acceptance except where law requires explicit consent.
